We are honoured to collaborate with renowned Japanese whisky expert Kenji Hariu (針生健二) as our Production Consultant. With decades of industry experience at iconic distilleries such as the legendary Karuizawa Distillery—famous globally for producing highly collectible whiskies—and Fuji Gotemba, one of Japan’s most advanced and largest whisky operations, Kenji-san brings unparalleled expertise to our team.
His extensive knowledge in both boutique and large-scale whisky production helps Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery elevate our malt and rice whisky processes, enhance our aging strategies, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Singapore’s
First Rice Whiskey
Crafted from fragrant Thai Hom Mali rice and distilled entirely in-house, Hom Mali Rice Whiskey is a true grain-to-bottle expression of Southeast Asian craftsmanship. As Singapore’s first whiskey, it breaks convention with elegance—earning international awards while staying deeply rooted in our region’s flavours and culture. Smooth, complex, and unmistakably original.
Our Core Products
Crafted from Thailand’s finest jasmine rice, this silken whiskey is fermented, distilled, and aged in Singapore’s tropical climate. Matured in ex-wine casks under equatorial heat, it reveals a rich rice character, layered depth, and the elegant soul of Southeast Asia.
Vol: 700ml, ABV: 40%
Ingredients: Thailand Jasmine Rice
Tasting Notes: Silky, Caramel, Toasted
Non-chill filtered. No added colouring.
Crafted from locally sourced honey and redistilled with juniper berries, lemon peel, and torch ginger. Inspired by the beloved Southeast Asian salad, Rojak, it celebrates the region’s vibrant blend of cultures and flavours—torch ginger as its signature note.
Vol: 700ml, ABV: 40%
Ingredients: Honey, Juniper Berries, Torch Ginger, Lemon Peel.
Tasting Notes: Citrusy, Floral, Spiced
Non-chill filtered.
Cold-brewed with premium coffee and gently sweetened with brown sugar, this liqueur features our in-house rum that delivers bold Nanyang kopi aromas, rich caramelised notes, and a smooth finish with familiar roasted bitterness.
Vol: 700ml, ABV: 20%
Ingredients: Blanco Rum, Brown Sugar, Nanyang Coffee Beans
Tasting Notes: Bittersweet, Roasty, Indulgent
Non-chill filtered. No artificial colouring or flavouring.
Singapore’s first locally fermented
and distilled Coconut Soju.
Inspired by the classic Nyonya Ondeh Ondeh dessert. Sweet, rich in coconut and smooth – it captures the beloved ondeh flavor in every sip.
Vol: 200ml ABV: 15%
Ingredients: Palm Sugar, Pandan Leaves, Coconut

Inspired by Bandung, the iconic rose drink from Malaysia and Singapore. Smooth, floral and gently sweet – it’s a cosy throwback in every sip.
