With decades of industry experience at iconic distilleries such as the legendary Karuizawa Distillery—famous globally for producing highly collectible whiskies—and Fuji Gotemba, one of Japan’s most advanced and largest whisky operations, Kenji-san brings unparalleled expertise to our team.
His extensive knowledge in both boutique and large-scale whisky production helps Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery elevate our malt and rice whisky processes, enhance our aging strategies, and uphold the highest quality standards.
