We are honoured to collaborate with renowned Japanese whisky expert Kenji Hariu (ι‡η”Ÿε₯二) as our Production Consultant. With decades of industry experience at iconic distilleries such as the legendary Karuizawa Distilleryβ€”famous globally for producing highly collectible whiskiesβ€”and Fuji Gotemba, one of Japan’s most advanced and largest whisky operations, Kenji-san brings unparalleled expertise to our team.

His extensive knowledge in both boutique and large-scale whisky production helps Rachelle The Rabbit Distillery elevate our malt and rice whisky processes, enhance our aging strategies, and uphold the highest quality standards.
